The Park Campus Academy vision is one where all students are inspired to reach their full potential, regardless of ability or background, where aspirations and achievements are constantly raised through the highest quality academic, personal and vocational teaching and guidance, and where the students and staff benefit from each other’s strengths.
Park Campus Academy offers all students the opportunity to be successful in their academic achievement with us as learners. For others, we are a successful bridge back into mainstream education.
The school offers outstanding care guidance and aims to work in partnership with parents, carers, families and outside agencies to support the students and enable them to reach their full potential.
We often support young people who have experienced difficulties in their mainstream school. These might be social, emotional or behavioural difficulties. We offer both full and part-time placements, with many of our young people spending part of their week in a mainstream setting.
As part of the excellent academic opportunities available to all young people, Park Campus Academy offers an exciting and engaging curriculum at Key Stage 3, with a broad and flexible academic and vocational curriculum at Key Stage 4. Our learners have the opportunity to achieve a significant number of GCSEs and vocational qualifications. All our young people move on to employment, education or training, with a significant number leaving to study A-levels at mainstream sixth form colleges.
